As part of Catholic Schools Week 2025, we celebrated our wonderful Grandparents who play a very important role in our school community. Over 250 people attended a mass celebrated by Fr.Padraig Keenan P.P and Rev. Deacon Dermot. Thank you, as always, to the Geraldines GFC for the use of the hall. We are already looking forward to next year’s celebrations!
We had an amazing gift from our brilliant parent’s committee! To help us settle back into our fun school year they booked the hilarious “Joe the Magician” for all of our classes to enjoy. We were all spellbound by his amazing magic. Big thank you to the parents committee for such a enjoyable start of term treat.
Junior Infants, Senior Infants and Féileacáin had a great time at the ‘Shorts & Shades’ disco! Big thank you to the St Fursey’s N.S. Parents Association for organising a fun filled afternoon!
The students of Féileacáin Autism class loved learning how to hang upside down and practice their anti gravity yoga skills with Kelly over at the Blackrock community centre. Ms Higgins was blown away by the flexibility and confidence the children showed at their weekly lessons. Check out their amazing skills for yourself!
